Around the world we are witnessing a longing to truly understand who we are as individuals and as a people. How to resolve differences that appear to be irreconcilable.
This story is as old as history. Yet prophecy suggests that at this moment in time, we can create a new story. A story where we choose to utilize the gift that makes us unique among all beings – our ability to evolve consciously. We are equipped to learn new ways of being, doing and learning so that peaceful co-existence becomes a way of life.
Fortunately for us, over thousands of years, Paula Underwood's ancestors honed a medicine wheel specifically designed for gaining clarity in times of chaos. It's known as The Four Step Path.

The Path provides a roadmap for both individual and community clarity – uncovering our true nature and informing decisions about which actions to take for the benefit of our neighbors and ourselves. The Path brings clarity on what’s uniquely yours to do. Paula's ancestors discovered that who you are and how you learn are essential for staying grounded. Everything else unfolds from that foundation.

How this Sacred Journey is Designed
Guided Meditations are the vehicle for exploring each of the four directions on The Path. Giving you a structure for listening deeply for what is alive within you - waiting to come forth. Spirit is known for being shy. The meditations provide the generative space for it to make itself known to you.  Â
We begin from our wholeness, the wisdom of who we are, our right to be - orienting from the North. We trace our movement through the living seasons that connect us—to one another and to the greater flow of life. In this great Circle, we will be offering a practice that anchors your life in ebb and flow of seasonal cycles. We are interwoven with one another and all beings.
We all want to make a difference.  Yet none of us can do it alone.  Each of us will weave a new story - creating a powerful ripple effect into our communities across the world.

Back in the 1990s, I found myself in the midst of a family crisis. It soon became apparent that I did not have the ability to see the true nature of my circumstances - to see clearly. Fortunately for me, and for my family, Paula Underwood entered my life. She introduced me to The Four Step Path and the wisdom gave me the perspective I needed to make wise choices that set me on the road back to harmony in my life. Soon I began sharing this practice with individuals, organizations and community collaborative as a way for them to gain clarity on how to present themselves into the world. I've dedicated myself to sharing her work to 'all listening ears', as she would say. We hope you will join us for the exploration!
